Sutton Elevation and Consulting, originally founded as Global Placement Services in August 2017, began with a clear mission: to help organizations attract, hire and retain top talent. As a traditional staffing agency, we focused on matching skilled professionals with the right opportunities, empowering businesses to thrive through strong teams.
In 2019, we recognized the growing need for individuals to find jobs and secure positions aligned with their aspirations. This led to expanding our services into career development, where we dedicated ourselves to guiding professionals toward their dream careers while helping businesses build stronger and more engaged teams.
In 2023, our vision grew even further. We transformed SEC into a purpose-driven consulting firm, broadening our impact to make a lasting difference in individuals' lives and businesses' success. By aligning our mission with a higher purpose, we’ve been able to support people in reaching their potential and creating meaningful change in communities.
